Returns and Exchanges Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if:
- Item has not been worn and is in new condition with tags
- Customized item(s) are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- All sale items are final sale
To return an item:
- Email email@example.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line i.e: Order #12345 Return
- A brief explanation of why you would like to return the item i.e: wrong size, received the wrong item, received a damaged item, customer changed their mind, etc.
- After approving merchandise return reasoning, a team member will be in contact shortly after for step-by-step guidelines on the next steps. Returns are shipped at customer's expense
- Once the item(s) are received and inspected by our team, we will begin the refund process and credit the card used for the purchase – your refund can take up to 10 business days to post back into your account
- Shipping is not refunded
- Follow steps 1-5 from the return section above
- In the meantime, place a new order with the right item(s)
- Items purchased at venue may be returned and exchanged at venue. Please note, our game day inventory rotates and there is no guarantee your previous item will be available. The team store at Snapdragon Stadium is only open during our home game days unless otherwise posted.
Our team processes customer service emails on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Please allow1-2 business days for a response.
